Due to road works between Valley View Rd and Soldiers Rd, SH29 will have daytime lane closures and temporary speed restrictions. From 6pm to 6am, road users should expect stop/go traffic management, with short delays of up to 5 minutes, while paving takes place. Please take care when travelling through the area.
Crash — SH 29 Karapiro
Due to a crash, SH29 remains closed in both directions between the intersection of SH1/SH29 and Totman Road. The road is expected to remain closed for some time while crews work to remove the vehicle. Follow the direction of traffic management crews.

Road Construction — SH 29 Belk Road to Takitimu Drive
Due to Road Construction and Tauriko enabling works there will be continuous lane diversions, shoulder closures and Stop/Go operations throughout the period of works. Sunday 8pm to Friday 5pm. Please drive with care as 30kph, 50kph,60kph and 70kph temporary speed limits will be in place at all times.
